As Trainee Marketing Automation, you’ll join a dedicated learning program where you’ll dive into the world of marketing automation. Through a combination of training and assignments, you’ll quickly move from learning the fundamentals to applying your knowledge on real-life clients.
You’ll get hands-on experience on topics like customer journey mapping, retention- and loyalty program design and campaign execution (including performance measurement). During the 7-month traineeship you’ll acquire all the skills needed to become a Junior Marketing Automation Consultant.
What you'll do
Manage and optimize (email/push) marketing operations for clients;
Analyze performance and report on campaign results, and develop testing strategies based on your analysis;
Collaborate with the team to develop strategic, data-driven campaign ideas and optimisations;
Use personalization and segmentation tactics to build relevant customer journeys;
Proactively stay on top of industry trends and share insights with your team and clients;
Who you are
Have a Bachelor or Master degree in the direction of marketing;
Have an affinity with technology and marketing;
Have an excellent command of English and Dutch, spoken and written;
Experience with Marketing Automation is an advantage, but it’s not a must. It’s more important that you have a strong interest in marketing automation, customer journeys and CRM;
Data-driven mindset;
Are eager to learn, proactive, communicative, analytical, flexible and independent;
Can switch from serious to play in the blink of an eye;
Aim to start working as a Junior Marketing Automation Consultant at DEPT® after completing the seven-month traineeship.
